What is Establishment Labour Card

Before Hiring Employees Or Applying For Their Work Visas, Your Company Must Obtain An Establishment Labour Card — The Official Green Light From The Ministry Of Labour To Start Recruiting.

This Essential Document Proves Your Business Is Registered And Eligible To Process Work Permits, Labor Contracts, And Employment Visas.

Documents You’ll Need

Gather the following before heading to Tas’heel:

Has a valid Trade License
Owns an official P.O. Box address
Copy of Trade License (with partner list for LLCs)
Copy of Memorandum of Association (MOA) for LLC
Passport & Jinsiyya (Family Book) or Emirates ID of UAE national sponsor/service agent
Passports of all partners (for LLCs)
Location map in Arabic (issued by Municipality)
Recent DEWA bill (electricity/water)
Attested Power of Attorney, if applying through a PRO
Application fee: AED 2,000 + typing charges

STEP BY STEP PROCESS

1: Visit a Tas’heel Center

Go to any authorized Tas’heel typing center
Complete the labor card application (in Arabic)
Attach your documents, stamp with company seal, and get signatures from all partner.

2: Submit Your Application

You can also apply at:
Ministry of Labour – Qusais
Hyatt Regency, Deira
MoL office on Sheikh Zayed Road (next to Noor Islamic Bank Metro Station, Safa 2)

3: Get Your Labour Card Instantly

If everything checks out, the Labour Card is issued on the spot!

4: Apply for E-Signature Card

After receiving your labour card, apply for the E-signature card (fee: AED 300)
