If post-dated cheques or security deposits linked to subscribed services are not honored within 30 days of their due date, Gulliver Business reserves the right to initiate recovery procedures under UAE law, including:
Cancellation of the company’s trade license.
Revocation of employee visas.
Requesting relevant UAE authorities to impose restrictions or bans on the client or company.
Late Payment Penalty:
Delayed payments incur a 10% monthly penalty, calculated pro-rata for partial months.
Returned Cheques:
A fee of AED 250 will be charged for returned cheques, in addition to any applicable UAE Central Bank penalties.
Automatic Renewal:
Services with annual terms renew automatically for 12 months unless Gulliver Business receives written cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to renewal.
De-Registration Fees:
A de-registration fee (based on Gulliver Business’s current pricing structure, available upon request) applies when services are terminated. Additional charges may apply for:
Third-party disbursements (e.g., government fees).
Work related to de-registration, calculated based on time spent.
Non-Refundable Payments:
Payments made to local sponsors, agents, or authorities during trade name reservation are non-refundable.
24-Hour Cancellation:
Clients may cancel services within 24 hours of request. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10–45 days, depending on the issuing bank.
Refunds for Security Rejections:
If government authorities reject an application for security reasons, 15% of the total service fee will be deducted, with the balance refunded.
Gulliver Business may terminate services if:
The client fails to renew the trade license before expiry.
The client violates UAE laws or regulatory requirements.
Employee visas are not renewed/canceled, leading to potential absconding cases filed with UAE authorities.
Gulliver Business shall not be liable for:
Rejections or delays by UAE government authorities.
Decisions made at the sole discretion of regulatory bodies.
This policy is governed by UAE Federal Laws, including:
Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 (Personal Data Protection Law).
